Perfect experience. Kenny knew a lot about the South Bay market where we wanted to buy. He spent the time to really get to know us and our desires and looked for homes that could fit that image. With the market the way it is, Kenny really prepared us and gave us advice along the way to allow us to make the best and most informed decision. Once we had an offer accepted, Kenny helped us then transition from the searching mindset to what we needed to think about as buyers. As we got deeper into the process, he took care of our need for information and kept us tremendously up to date about how everything was progressing. All the people he referred us to...— Andrew T.
Kenny is one of the hardest workers that I know. Period. He has an excellent knowledge base and communicates well to anyone new or seasoned in buying real estate. As I first-time buyer, at times I felt anxious and overwhelmed by the process, but having Kenny allowed me to understand the current state of the market, to find properties I really want, to keep my offers competitive, and to land my first home in no time. Throughout escrow, Kenny walked me through the paperwork I was signing and played hardball with the other parties: protecting me from being taken advantage of. I can't recommend Kenny's services enough.— Ethan F.
Kenny is the consummate professional. Many times when you get two brokers on two different sides, it is at its fundamental basis an adversarial relationship. However, in the case of working with Kenny, I felt it to be a much more collaborative one, where each side still maintained their fiduciary duty to their respective clients and stakeholders. Kenny's integrity is something I wish there were more of in the business world. He follows through with what he says he is going to do and does not make empty promises. It's been a true pleasure working with Kenny, and I hope to do many deals with him in the future.— Robert I.
Outstanding. Kenny has been a pleasure to work with. He made the buying process of our new home very smooth. Through the lengthy process, he provided us with all the support and help necessary to close the escrow. Not only, he still keeps in touch with us to ensure our move-in process is successful and to answer any tech/home-related questions we may have. Kenny has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working together again. I have been recommending him to my friends and family and will definitely continue to. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to work with you, Kenny!— Amy G.
I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but this case merits an exception. Kenny and the team at Realest Group did a fantastic job, walking me through the home buying process from start to finish. Along the way, they were always available to answer my questions and assure that everything was progressing smoothly. They skillfully facilitated the purchase and made everything run far more smoothly than I could have anticipated. Thanks to Kenny and the team from a very satisfied customer!— Brian T.
Kenny and his team at the Realest Group are amazing! This was our first time looking at commercial property and we had no idea what we were doing. Kenny was patient and great at educating us thru the whole process. He was the one who found our space for us. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to start a new business. Kenny found an amazing home for our brewery and I'll always be grateful for that.— Justin M.
I met Kenny when he was just starting, and even at that young age, he impressed me as a very polished professional and an excellent facilitator. He approaches situations with thoughtfulness and intelligence and demonstrates his excellent work ethic time and time again. He deserves your business and your trust.— Andrea H.
I hope in the near future we can work together. It was great to work with Kenny, the experience was excellent, and I’ll like to work in the near future with him.— Seller
