Kenny is one of the hardest workers that I know. Period. He has an excellent knowledge base and communicates well to anyone new or seasoned in buying real estate. As I first-time buyer, at times I felt anxious and overwhelmed by the process, but having Kenny allowed me to understand the current state of the market, to find properties I really want, to keep my offers competitive, and to land my first home in no time. Throughout escrow, Kenny walked me through the paperwork I was signing and played hardball with the other parties: protecting me from being taken advantage of. Kenny is the consummate professional. Many times when you get two brokers on two different sides, it is at its fundamental basis an adversarial relationship. However, in the case of working with Kenny, I felt it to be a much more collaborative one, where each side still maintained their fiduciary duty to their respective clients and stakeholders. Kenny's integrity is something I wish there were more of in the business world. He follows through with what he says he is going to do and does not make empty promises.
